The Crazy 8 Workout

I can’t take credit for this great short intense workout. This is courtesy of Craig Ballantyne of Turbulance Training.

This will help you lean out and be done in a short time. This morning, using my heart rate monitor, I burned 455 calories in less than 24 minutes.

You can follow this up with some 30 second HIIT sprints or 20 min fast pace run for more fat loss.


Here’s the breakdown-

60 Jumping jacks

15-20 spiderman pushups

20 walking lunges

10 spiderman climbs (10 per side)

45 second wall squat

60 second plank

5 burpees

25 high knees

REST 60 seconds
