13 stretches that make you better in the sack

Everyone knows that being fit helps in the bedroom. Along with resistance training, HIIT, endurance training and load bearing hikes, stretching is imperative to maintain our bodies as we age.

When it comes to sex, it’s very important to be mobile and to hold those movements for some time while getting it done in the bedroom. It’s no fun just pounding away doing missionary, with an occasional doggy thrown in. Girls want variety and when you show them how limber you are, they’ll be impressed.

Incorporate these stretches after your resistance training or do these on your off days to balance out your regimen.

And beside that, you’ll have less injuries and look more athletic.
